About: Located on the fringes of Karnala Bird Sanctuary, get a chance to explore the rich birdlife of Karnala forest up close and personal at a studio hide photography setup.
Target species expected: At the bird hide you may come across a Crimson-Backed Sunbird, Indian paradise flycatcher, Indian Blackbird, Tickell’s blue flycatcher, Emerald Dove and many more species.

- Meet Jungle Buddies Expert Mr Rajesh Poojari at a common meeting point near Apta Village by 6 AM.
- Hide Photography session till 11 AM with Traditional homecooked Breakfast
- End the session with a group selfie around 11 AM

How to reach Karnala – Private autos are available from the Panvel Railway station/bus stand. You can also drive down in your vehicle and park in the hide setup area. One can also reach Apta in an ST bus heading to Alibag or Pen. We can also arrange a private auto transfers from Panvel Train station.
